• NorTac started in 2023 with the goal to make retro-style gear more availbile to those interested in it.  We have recreated various products from SOE, LBT, Blackhawk, and Eagle Industries, however our flagship items are recreations of the SOE LBV and FROG chest rig.
• NorTac products are sewn professionally on industrial sewing machines with quality materials.  
• NorTac has customers from all over the world and from every walk of life.  If you can receive USPS packages, we can ship to you.
• NorTac will only repair gear manufactured by us, we do not modify gear from other manufacturers.  The amount of time it would take and what we'd have to charge would certainly make it cost prohibitive for almost anyone.
• Custom services may be offered at various points in time, however NorTac will not clone any item you can currently buy at retail. Custom requests are priced to include design and protoype drafting, materials, labor, and profit margin, and thus cost significantly more.

Cancellations

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

Most items are made to order, however items marked as "Quick Ship" are eligible for order cancellation and a refund before they have been shipped.

Damaged/Quality Issues

We will replace or repair gear at our discretion, however this only applies to workmanship defects.  Damage due to fire, chemicals, mother nature, improper use, or general wear and tear are not covered.

Refund Policies

Product Orders Refund Policy

Generally, NorTac does not accept returns or issue refunds.  Refunds are only applicable with order cancellation containing items marked "Quick Ship", and only on those specific items.

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods. 

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
