The Kermit Chest Rig has been created from 1000 Denier Cordura nylon for ruggedness. On the front of this chest panel there are four magazine pouches that are perfectly sized to hold 3 M4 magazines, 4 clipped MP5 magazines, a smoke grenade, 2 flashbangs, or a radio.

These magazine pouches close with a combination of velcro and fastex buckles for a secure closure with easy access. Also attached to each side of the front are two large, zippered utility pockets that can be used for any number of miscelleneous items (5x7, 3 1/2" deep).

Across the bottom of the chest panel there is a strip of heavy duty scuba webbing that stiffens the panel and allows the addition of other pouches. The entire top edge of this panel has one long zipper which allows you to use the panel essentially as a backwards backpack, if necessary. Use this extra space to keep the special equipment items that you may need to access quickly.  

The Kermit features unpadded shoulder straps in an "X"-harness configuration that attatch to the front and sides of the rig with Fastex buckles.

The Kermit is 100% made in the USA and availible in OD (black trim), Tan, and Black.  Photos show OD, Tan, Woodland (one-off custom), and Desert (one-off custom).  Other colors/patterns may be availible in the future, check back for updates.
